We give you a complete package quote that includes delivery, tax and set up. We articulate each service provided and any additional costs will be clearly laid out as add-on options.

After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

This is one of the most asked questions. We prefer to give you the most amount of time to prepare for your special event. So for a Saturday wedding, we would love to set up the tent on Friday night and then pick it up on Sunday morning. Sometimes (due to weather) this isn’t possible but we will work with you to provide an amazing experience and meet your needs.
